Muerren – located at 1650 meters – is a marvellous alpine car free village, which is rich with tradition and originally the home of settlers from the Lötschen Valley in the Valais.
Pierced on a high, sunny terrace facing the famous Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, the village is the highest altitude ski resort in the Bernese Oberland. It nestles at the foot of the Schilthorn with
its revolving Piz Gloria Restaurant, made world-famous by a James Bond Film.
In the Jungfrau Top Ski Region, skiers of all grades will delight in the miles and miles of wide slopes and beautiful scenery. The 3 Ski areas – Muerren Schilthorn, Kleine Scheidegg
Männlichen and First – offer an excellent range of varied runs and are suitable for all grades.
